Anyone found to be giving their username's and password's out to anyone else Will be removed with NO Refunds given!

You MUST Display My Logo, Tubing License & the Special AS IS Logos from purchases when using any of the the AS-IS Tubes in the Members Area and a text link to the original artist on the same page as well.

You must use your ISP or Domain email address to sign up with or to enter the Members Area...

For Security reasons I can not accept ANY free e-mails such as Hotmail, Juno, Yahoo or Google.

Real Name's Only
You Must use your Real Name when you sign up.

Lifetime Membership Terms
Lifetime Membership last's for lifetime of this site.
NOT MY LIFETIME or YOUR LIFETIME!! :0)

You May NOT offer my pixels or graphics and such as AS-IS in any form EVER....

You May NOT offer any of my pixel tubes, graphics or backgrounds for download on any site, CD, email, or share through any groups of ANY KIND
(MSN, Google or Yahoo!)

If and when your Membership Expires! You MUST continue to display my logo if you are still using my graphics. There are No Exceptions to this!!

Terms on my Tubes
Tubes on my site, all I ask is that you do not offer them as They are for download on your site. If you choose to use any of my pixel tubes you must add other graphics. And not just a name! NO! NO! NO! Be Creative!! You can use my tubes for sig tags, web sets, animations, But they are NOT to be offered to others from your site.

Terms on All Graphics
My graphics MAY NOT be made into any form of Line Art of any kind to be sold on your web sites or to others on CDs or shared e-mail.

Terms on Adoptable's & Premade's
Adoptable's MUST NOT be offered on your own site or sites for profit they are for your personal use only! You Must have the following scripts installed on each page where my graphics are displayed. No Right Click Script, IE6 Image Toolbar Disabled, No Drag Image and Disable Select Text & Images. You May Not use Adoptable's or Premades in your E-mail, Yahoo, MSN,Googles or Sharing Groups of ANY KIND! Adoptable's MUST be linked back with the certificate to http://designsbymarcy.net If someone wants one of my Adoptable's They Must apply for one of them themselves. You MAY NOT alter the Adoptable's or Premade's in any way. They Must remain intact as they are! You will receive the Adoptable and a Certificate once I have checked you website. My Adoption's or Premades are not to be place on any website which condons violence, Hatred, racism, abuse or pornographic displays of any kind. My grandsons must be able to view your website and I want no surprises!
If I find or am informed that ANY of my TERMS are being broken you will be contacted by me to remove all my graphics from your web site Immediately! And I will REVOKE your membership or membership's to ALL my Websites as well as Designs By Marcy Website's. I MUST know where my Adoptable's & Premade's are and that they have and are all on loving and respectable Sites....

My Layouts require a link back as they are Link ware, Please link sets to http:designsbymarcy.net YOU MAY NOT REMOVE MY COPYRIGHT or LOGO
If I find a site using one of my Layouts and not linking back to Designs By Marcy. I will contact you and you will be requested to as to remove the set!

Terms on Desktop Themes Wallpapers
YOU MAY NOT REMOVE MY COPYRIGHT or LOGO or give to anyone else, or offer on you website for download they must have their own membership to use any such items.

Terms on My Incredimail & Incredimail Skins
YOU MAY NOT REMOVE MY COPYRIGHT or LOGO or give to anyone else, or offer on you website for download they must have their own membership to use any such items.

YOU MUST NEVER!
offer any of my graphics, IM Stats, OE Stats, Wallpapers, Sig Tags, Icons, Cursors and such on a CD to sell as your own work.

YOU MUST NEVER!
offer them as Clip Art or Line Art.

Terms on All Collection's
My Collection's MUST NOT to be given to anyone other than yourselves, they are for members only!

PLEASE READ
Any member caught bad mouthing my site will
IMMEDIATELY be removed from membership privileges! as will any one found out to be abusing any of my Graphics. You are NOT permitted to take any of my graphics and cut them out to use. They are mine and I want them to remain as they are. If you are good enough to do this than you are good enough to make you own..
